Soo Cute Margo and Sam having a root beer float together! She loves them!

We went to get a scarecrow for Margo, like Grandma has, to set out with our pumpkins. She is very excited about her scarecrow. It was fun decorating which Sam and I usually do not do. Had to pick something that was not scary to her. She is very intrigued and a bit worried by the mummies and zombies we have come across in the stores.

Margo loved her first time to the pumpkin patch. She especially loved the hay ride. Poor dad was getting hay fever She kept saying “hay ride” over and over. She picked out a cute little pumpkin that she could carry around and loved looking through the patch at all the different gourds and pumpkins. She even got a wheel barrel ride. What a cutie she is! And what fun we had.

The green mound is where Saint Paul spoke to the people of Athens in AD 51 and the tablet embedded in the stone contains his words. There is a cleft in the rock at the bottom of the hill that is a shrine to the Furies.

I made it home with no problems, and have had several days of rest. I am getting back into the swing of things and sure missed my Margo! The dogs do think its great that I am getting up so early and now that I am sleeping in a little longer, Frank our Italian Greyhound is starting to bark at me to get up, he likes getting up early. He is a very funny guy and I think he knows how to tell time. I am adding some pictures that I did not have time (the loading was really slow at the cafe’s) or the space. Enjoy!

Wine tasting…i’m not wasted just tired

This donkey got ahead of his group so he decided to nibble some shrubs, when the other Donkeys caught up he went with them.

This was on our last day in Santorini, this guy sold pistachio nuts from his donkey, he loves people to take their photos.

This is where the donkey’s worked, they take you up and down the cliff side for a fee.

After a long 8 hour boat ride I was pretty tired. But this did not stop me from finishing my shopping

Took the subway down to the plaka/flea market. Walked around a bunch and then headed back to pack my bags.

 I was very sleepy so I took a nap which turned out to be a five hour one. Big mistake I was not able to fall asleep until an hour and a half before I had to get up and get ready to go. Also, no thanks to the people in the room above me who were very noisy.  I ended up watching the only english movie on which was an old Jean Claude Van Damn movie where he was sporting a major mullet. I know very exciting information!

I am in Heathrow airport now waiting and waitng for my flight. Only 2 1/2 more hours. I will be home Friday evening at 8pm if everyting goes well. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I MISS YOU MARGO!!!!!

Had a great day, did a little shopping, ate some great meals, went to the black sands beach. I am enjoying every minute but really miss my fam.

Highest point on Santorini

Had a late start today, actually slept in. It has been very long time since I was able to do this. I got up after 10am. Threw on some clothes and walked into town for some shopping and breakfast. The weather is nice here, still very warm in the day but chilly at night. We went out to dinner tonight at Oia. It is what you see in pictures of Greece. I was a really nice time. Tomorrow we see the museum and go out for our last dinner together as a group. Sam I almost home !!!! Forgot my camera cord even though I went back to the hotel to get it. Don’t know what I was thinking there. No pics until tomorrow:(
